Went to church last night to have the prep meeting for Sunday School Teachers. I signed up to co-teach 2nd grade for the school year. We watched a video on sexual predators that was very disturbing. It was very good for us to have to watch it... but I was very deeply disturbed. I cannot get my head around how someone could do something like take advantage and molest a child. AT ALL.
EVER.
The other teacher that I am working with seems to no doubt drive me crazy... but she seems nice enough. I am looking forward to it. ... and it is funny how we heard so many complaints about the lady in charge of the Christian Ed. Department. Non of it appears to be true... and she really has her act together. I like her.
The bummer about going to meetings during the week is that it takes so dang long to get there. There is just no easy way to get to the church that far away. It took me close to 1.5 hours to get 20 miles. lame. I am going to have to keep that to a minimum.
Things are REALLY good between Dax and I. Happiness abounds...and somehow we have the in love feelings of when we first got married. It is very fun... and I like him a lot.
